Fischbach Named Publisher at Coffee House Press
After a two-year transition process funded by a grant by the Bush Foundation, Coffee House Press announced that associate publisher Chris Fischbach, 38, will officially assume the responsibilities of publisher in July. Since the final agreement has yet to be reviewed, Fischbach expects the official date to be in early July, definitely by July 15.

HarperCollins has promoted Laina Adler to senior director of marketing. Adler recently worked on Love Wins and Through My Eyes, and also helped launch two HarperOne newsletters: "News and Pews" and "Elixer."
