Danny Yanez to Succeed Todd R. Siegal at Franklin & Siegal Associates

Todd R. Siegal (l.), president of Franklin & Siegal Associates, has announced that he will retire at the end of 2025, after 39 years of scouting. Current VP Danny Yanez will take over the agency on January 1, 2026 as president and sole proprietor. Siegal and Yanez have been partners in the agency since 2023.

The agency will be renamed Franklin Siegal & Yanez in the new year.

“I can't begin to tell you how much I've loved building Franklin & Siegal over the years, and I am extremely proud of the legacy I am leaving behind,” said Siegal in announcing the move to clients. “Beyond that, I am thrilled to be able to pass the reins to Danny, who, as you know, has done a brilliant job taking FSA to the next level. There's no doubt I am leaving you all in the best possible hands.”

Siegal began his publishing career in 1983 at the literary agency Lescher & Lescher, and joined Lynn C. Franklin Associates in 1986 as a scout. In 1992, Siegal and Lynn C. Franklin formed Franklin & Siegal Associates, splitting off the scouting business from Franklin’s eponymous literary agency, which continued until her death in 2021.
