Batch for Books Partners with Arcadia, Blackstone, and Microcosm
Batch for Books has inked new partnerships with Arcadia Press, Blackstone Publishing, and Microcosm Publishing following its partnership with IPG earlier this year. The digital platform, which allows independent bookstores to streamline invoice management and payment processes, is currently used by more than 400 bookstores across the U.S., and has partnerships with Penguin Random House, Macmillan, HarperCollins, and Gardner’s US.
“Since we started using Batch, backlist sales are up 13% over the same time last year," said Joe Biel, publisher and CEO of Microcosm. "Batch makes it easier for stores new to us to take a chance on Microcosm authors and many are doing exactly that!”
