Graphic Novels Media Tie-In

For this feature, we'd like to hear about forthcoming adult and YA comics and graphic novels (trade editions), new releases publishing from November 2025 to May 2026, which tie-into other media properties, including film, TV, video games, board games, theater, podcasts, toys, or other media. (We are not at this time looking for adaptations from prose books or classic literature comics.)
We are seeking “unexpected” and innovative adaptations, and looking for trends in the category, including rising talent attached to tie-in projects, different platforms being adapted (such as podcasts). Also seeking comment on strategy/trends for acquisitions and marketing tie-ins.
Include a description of each title and an author/artist bio, pub month, ISBN, marketing/promo plans, and company contacts for interview. Indicate if author/artists are available for interview. Comments from editors on the title's relevance are welcome, as are comments on growth or changes to the category, new imprints, etc. We are not able to respond to pitches individually, and will only be able to select a few titles to feature.

Email pitches to comics@publishersweekly.com by September 10th.

Please put “Call for Info: Comics Media Tie-in” in the subject line.
