Needed: Information on adult trade titles being published in all formats between February 1, 2011, and July 31, 2011. Publishers are invited to enter their data online at www.publishersweekly.com/spring2011submissions.
By registering through the above-mentioned link, publishers will find an easy-to-use data-entrance tool powered by Edelweiss. Publishers will be able to enter title information (title, subtitle, author, price, pub date, print run, and format, along with description of the book, author bio, and jacket or interior art). Please note the deadline: December 1.
In an important departure from past years’ announcement issues, there will be no limit to the amount of titles that can be entered, as long as they meet the criteria as to dates of publication and suitability as trade book. PW reserves the right to edit entries for consistency and concision. The online entries will be accessible via the PW Web site on approximately December 15 to all PW subscribers. PW will then use this information for our January 24 print issue, in which we will provide a synthesis of the upcoming season’s highlights across categories and genres.
