Simon & Schuster has made the following promotions in the publicity department:
Julia Prosser has been promoted to assistant director of publicity. Prosser has worked on campaigns for David McCullough, Nicholson Baker, Jean Thompson, and A.J. Jacobs.
Kelly Welsh has been promoted to senior publicity manager. Welsh has worked on campaigns for Jeffery Deaver, Cara Hoffman, and Will Lavender.
Michelle Jasmine has been promoted to publicist. Jasmine joined Julia Prosser’s team in 2010 and most recently was part of that team’s bestselling campaign for David McCullough.
Margaret Kingsbury has been promoted to associate publicist. Maggie joined S&S in 2009 as Julia Prosser’s assistant.
