Martingale & Company has named Karen Johnson as director of marketing and business development. Most recently, Johnson was with Crafts Americana Group, Inc., as v-p of Connecting Threads.
Margaret Harrison has left Vook to run Oxford University Press's newly formed eBook Global Supply Chain department. Harrison's team is responsible for the global delivery of e-books from the US and UK offices.
