Doug Stambaugh has been promoted to v-p of business development and operations at Simon & Schuster digital. Stambaugh joined S&S in 2007.
Amaury Laporte is leaving his position as presse attaché of cultural services at the French Embassy. Laporte, who is leaving the position on March 10, was in the job for four years; his successor is yet to be named.
