Anne Kubek has been named executive v-p and general manager of the ebook distribution division at INscribe Digital, which provides digital distribution, content conversion and optimization services to publishers. Kubek was most recently at Borders, where she spent the last 20 years. Her last title at the company was executive v-p of merchandising and marketing.
