Glen Tomaszewski has been named v-p, chief accounting officer and controller at Borders Group. Tomaszewski has been with Borders for 12 years and was most recently interim CFO. Tomaszewski’s salary will be $250,000 and he will receive a special bonus of $100,000, payable on February 18, 2011.
David Nudo, one-time publisher of PW and most recently a consultant, has returned to The New York Times, named sales manager of the book team.
Alexis Washam has been named senior editor at Crown Trade Paperbacks. Washam was an editor at Penguin Books, where she's been since 2004. She's worked with such authors as Christos Tsiolkas (The Slap) and Sophie Hannah (The Wrong Mother).
