Melanie Chang has been promoted to vice-president and executive director of publicity at Little, Brown Books for Young Readers. Chang has been with the company since 2007 and has helped expand LBYR’s media presence. Sara Zick will join the LBYR publicity group on September 1 in the newly created role of associate director. Zick was previously publicity manager at Penguin Young Readers Group.
