John Kilcullen has joined FastPencil’s board of directors. Kilcullen, creator and publisher of the “For Dummies” brand, will work on developing FastPencil’s new imprint. Kilcullen is founder and CEO of Brand Revolution LLC, a brand management consulting company that collaborates with digital media and entertainment companies. He was formerly president and publisher of Billboard, the Bookseller and Kirkus Reviews; and senior v-p and group publisher of The Hollywood Reporter and Backstage.

Lucy Del Priore has joined the Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group as Director of School and Library Marketin. She will be responsible for overseeing the marketing of all Macmillan Children's books into institutional channels. She was most recently working freelance on projects for various publishers, including Random House, Simon & Schuster and Little, Brown. Before that, she served as Director, School and Library Marketing at Penguin Young Readers Group.
