At Vintage/Anchor Sloane Crosley has been promoted to deputy director of publicity. Crosley joined Vintage/Anchor in 2002, coming from HarperCollins. Kate Runde has also been promoted at Vintage/Anchor from senior publicist to associate director of publicity. And Dan Ozzi has joined the imprint as senior publicist; he was most recently at Public Affairs.
