    Joan Strasbaugh joins Abbeville Press as senior editor. He was previously publisher of Jones Books in Madison, Wisconsin. Diana Griffin has been promoted to marketing and publicity manager. She was previously marketing and publicity assistant.

    Julia Kenny is joining the Dunow Carlson & Lerner Agency as an agent. Previously she worked at the Wendy Weil Agency.

  • Sherrod Named Amistad Editorial Director

    HarperCollins has found a new head for its Amistad imprint, naming Tracy Sherrod editorial director. Dawn Davis, who had been publisher, left Amistad earlier this year to head a new imprint at Atria.
