FSG Grabs 3 Fiction NBA Nominees
The 20 finalists for the 2007 National Book Awards--winners will be named at the NBA Benefit Dinner in Manhattan on November 14--were announced this morning in Philadelphia by author and social critic Camille Paglia at the Library Company in Philadelphia, the oldest public library in America. FSG garnered four nominees, including three in fiction.

Cormac McCarthy, Al Gore and Walter Isaacson are among the winners of the third annual Quill Book Awards. McCarthy, Lee Among Quills Winners
Corman McCarthy's The Road and an audio edition of To Kill a Mockingbird were among the winners in the third annual Quills Award. All 19 prize winners will receive their awards October 22 where Stephen Colbert will be among those presenting the awards. NBC will air the ceremony on October 27.
