Sourcebooks has reached an agreement with Examville.com, an international online educational content marketplace, to release its educational content through the Examville online platform. The deal will include Sourcebooks test-prep guides like the Gruber series and Fiske college guides as well as interactive tests.

Sourcebooks publisher and CEO Dominique Raccah, said the deal, “provides us with another way to get the best content from our top experts directly to those who need it most. We recognize that students and teachers are turning to online solutions and we are committed to creating innovative solutions in the college bound space.”

Examville is an New York City-based company that offers a platform to the educational community to teach, take classes, buy user-generated or “premium” publisher content, or allow teachers to upload lesson plans and educational content and sell them through the site. While the site allows anyone in the educational marketplace to sell its content, Examville is also a distribution platform for educational content and the site offers e-books from more than 75 publishers including McGraw-Hill, O’Reilly Media, Learning Express, Evan-Moore and others.

Examville offers educational materials for grade and middle school students, college and grad school and professional development as well as material for teachers. Subjects include computers, fine arts, math and the law as well as religion, science, foreign languages and more.
