Though Amazon has a Kindle Singles bestseller list, it only compares Kindle Singles against other Kindle Singles. To get a better idea of how well Kindle Singles are selling against other e-books, you'd have to look at how many Kindle Singles made the original Kindle top 100 list. The top three bestselling Kindle Singles made the original Kindle top 100 list: "Lifeboat No. 8: An Untold Tale of Love, Loss and Surviving the Titanic" by Elizabeth Kaye (#22), "An Unexpected Twist" by Andy Borowitz (#41), and "Basic Training" by Kurt Vonnegut (#85). And though no regular Kindle titles were as cheap as the Kindle Singles $1.99 price point, it should be noted that five titles priced at $2.99 are ranked higher than #22.
