Baker & Taylor is partnering with U.K. wholesaler Gardners Books to offer the wholesaler’s 1000 client-publishers access to Blio, the multimedia-optimized e-book reader developed by KNFB Reading Technologies. The deal will expand the amount of international content offered through B&T digital distribution.
Blio is free and pre-installed on a wide variety of mobile devices, laptops and desktop computers. The e-reading software is optimized for visual books and offers read-aloud functionality and other multimedia capabilities.
