Avery Silverberg has joined as marketing assistant; previously she was social media manager at the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.

TeMika Grooms has joined the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators as manager, design and illustration, directing the graphic design needs for the organization and working with the executive team on rebranding.

Chronicle Books has three new hires in the children's department. Caitlin Ek has joined as publicist; previously she was library associate at the Los Angeles County Library. Eugenia Yoh has been hired as junior designer. Kathryn Li has joined as kids' design fellow.
